Are your jade pieces natural?

Yes. All jade pieces are made from natural jadeite or nephrite unless otherwise stated. Each piece is carefully selected, hand-carved, and hand-polished.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. All carvings are hand-carved and hand-finished, which means slight variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We specialize in custom jade designs. Once your design concept is finalized, a drawing or digital mock-up will be provided for approval before carving begins.

Custom Order & Down Payment Policy

All custom orders require a minimum 50% down payment before design and production begin. The down payment covers design time, labor, and material preparation.

Once the design is approved by the customer and carving has started, the down payment is non-refundable and the order becomes final. Due to the custom and irreversible nature of jade carving, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

Can I make changes after approving the design?

Once the design is approved and carving has started, changes are not possible. Please review your design carefully before giving final approval.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No refunds or returns for all products are accepted. For Custom designs Once the design/drawing has been approved and carving has begun.
Each piece is custom-made and cannot be resold or reused.

What if I change my mind after approval?

Because carving jade is a permanent and irreversible process, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once work has started.

How long does production take?

Production time varies depending on size and complexity, but most custom pieces take 4–8 weeks from approval to completion.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo or drawing?

Due to the natural characteristics of jade and hand-carving, slight variations in color, translucency, and texture are normal and expected.

Do you offer certificates or authenticity cards?

Yes. All pieces include an authenticity card.

What metals are used for bails and settings?

We offer 925 silver, gold-plated silver, and solid gold options. Plated pieces require proper care to maintain finish.

How should I care for my jade jewelry?

Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged water exposure for gold plated and silver bails. Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Why do some lines appear when light shines through blue water jade?

Blue water jade is known for its translucency. When exposed to direct light, internal grain lines, cotton-like textures, or natural formations may appear.

These features are natural characteristics of genuine jadeite formed over millions of years and are not fractures, damage, or quality flaws. They do not affect the strength or durability of the piece.

Is shipping insured?

Yes, Once the package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs fees and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
